[In Progress] Generalize SWAT model parameters for similar regions, specifically for ungauged basins in Vietnam

This is the project of Nafosted 2025, using the SWAT model to simulate streamflow in river basins in Vietnam, and then apply machine learning techniques to Parameter Regionalization for ungauged regions.
